Today i am a 10 weeks old, and graduated from the embryonic stage! I am proud to say that i can now type a little faster as my fingers are no longer webbed and i am starting to get fingernails! Well enough about me...I want to tell you about my family!
I got to hear the voice of my Nai Nai this past weekend. Nai Nai means Paternal Grandma in Chinese (Mandarin). My Nai Nai is going to teach me how to speak Mandarin when i am born! Lao Lao means Maternal Grandma in Chinese. I will have to ask my Grandma Wise if she wants me to call her this! My mom and dad gave Nai Nai a brag book with my first pictures and some more coming soon!
I also got to meet my "Uncle" Jason. He is really my cousin, but like a brother to my dad, so he is truly my uncle. He is pretty nervous because he is moving to Taiwan in a month! Hopefully he will be able to come home and see me when i am born or i can go visit him!
Mom, Dad, and Nai Nai spoke to Aunt Helen, Sean, and Alex who live in Seattle on the phone and talked all about me and when i will be arriving. They also got to talk to Uncle George, my Great Grandma, Aunt Barbara, Uncle Mike and Aunt Katie in Taiwan, and Elise in California. Wow my Dad's family is really spread out! They are very excited for my arrival and I can't wait to meet them!
My mom and dad are doing well, busy as ever. Mom is trying to keep up with school, work, and me making her really tired and nauseous sometimes. Dad is busy too, trying to learn his new role at his job, which allows him to stay at home and not travel! That is super cool for my mom and i.

Here is a picture of me and mom (and Foster's nose) at 10 weeks! I am the size of a kumquat (about an inch). Mom's pants are getting a little tight but she is not really "showing" yet!

Chinese Outfits my dad brought me back from Hong Kong. I have a ton of growing to do before i can fit into them!

My Rima Auntie is already spoiling me! If i am a little girl i get to wear this cool Diaper Diva Onsie (with ruffles on the butt of course) and if i am a boy i get to wear the puppy pal one! Oh by the way Rima Auntie, Seenu Auncle, Devan (2), and Anika (6mo) are mommy and daddy's friends. Rima and Seenu have paved the parenting road for mom and dad and have been offering lots of good advice and presents too! Oh and Devan is helping to "toddler proof" our home. We will soon have a gate our our dock! Thanks Devan! (Wink)! I can't wait to have play dates with Devan and Anika, while our mommies and daddies play (drink) too!

Mom and Dad are still trying to decide if they want to find out if i am a boy or a girl. They say they are going to wait, but i have a feeling my mom's curiosity is going to get the best of her and she will be examining the next few sono pictures of me with a fine tooth comb for a "5th" extremity!

Rima Auntie also spoiled my mom with some Maternity Shirts. I guess it's not all about "me" after all!
Well, i am going to take some laps and then go back to sleep (I do that a lot)!
Talk to you later,
Baby Chang
